How the session works
1Arriving — We begin with a gentle conversation about where you are and what you would like from the session.
2Resting — You sit and stand comfortably, fully clothed, and simply receive. There is nothing you need to do.
3Energy balancing — Your central core, energy centres and chakras are cleared and balanced to bring mind, body and spirit back into alignment.
4The activation — The 22-strand DNA activation awakens the dormant potential held within your spiritual blueprint.
5Closing — We finish with a short intuitive reading and time to talk through anything that came up.

Aura Clearing

Your aura is the energy field that surrounds you, and like any field it gathers what passes through it. Aura Clearing draws on specialised energy modalities — aura healing, Ra healing, Egyptian aura healing and shamanic aura clearing — to purify that field, repair the small structural tears within it, and sweep away the emotional and mental debris an ordinary life leaves behind.
The Egyptian work is the oldest of these. It moves gently through the seven layers of the aura, returning vitality and protection where they have thinned and rebalancing the physical, emotional and soul bodies beneath — which is why it is often the session people reach for after grief, heartbreak or a long, overwhelming season.
It is especially good for the times you feel off and cannot say why. Nothing appears wrong, yet nothing feels quite right — a clearing gives the field a chance to settle, so your own inner knowing is easier to hear again.
Both clearings in one unhurried session. Caroline begins with the Negative Spell & Negative Emotion Removal, with its positive spell invocation, loosening what has attached itself and letting stuck emotion go, then moves into the Aura Clearing — aura healing, Ra healing, Egyptian and shamanic aura clearing — to purify the field, repair the small tears within it and sweep away what remains. Ninety minutes gives the work room to settle properly, rather than being split across two visits.

Using the power of crystals and sacred geometry, Caroline grids your space — stones laid in a holy pattern and activated, so the room holds protection, wholeness, abundance and divine energy on your behalf. It is the teaching handed down through the Modern Mystery School: that a home or workspace can be awakened as your own sanctuary.

A session that works with your energy and your inner knowing together. Caroline clears and balances what has gone stagnant, then sits with you to understand what came up and what it is asking of you — so you leave with a clearer sense of the next right step. Every overwhelming moment can leave a little of its emotion behind — old sadness, anger or fear held in the body’s energy field, sometimes carried for decades without ever being named. Using the Emotion Code, Caroline finds these trapped emotions one at a time and releases them, so the weight you have been carrying can lift. Some people arrive with a specific hurt in mind; others simply feel heavier than they can explain. Both are welcome, and no prior experience is necessary.
Drawn from EMDR — Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing — an approach that helps the brain finish processing a distressing memory so it loses its charge. You hold what is troubling you while Caroline guides side-to-side eye movements, tapping or alternating sounds, so the memory can settle into the past instead of being lived again in the present. You stay in control throughout, and can pause or stop at any time.
A gentle session, in person or online, in which you receive a sacred blessing and healing. It is a nurturing space to feel held and supported, and a quiet reminder that love is always with you. Many people find it brings greater peace, emotional comfort, strength and hope. There is nothing you need to do or get right — you are welcome exactly as you are, and simply allow yourself to be tended to.
